  • Individual Virtual Training: One-on-one virtual sessions that provide tailored training plans, video evaluations, and continuous feedback to ensure consistent progress, regardless of location.

  • Group Virtual Training: Virtual group sessions focused on building collective skills, while also providing personalized feedback and development strategies for each athlete.
